Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Meaning of order statuses

  • Request to Ray-Ban: Your replacement part is temporarily out of stock, we have ordered it from Ray-Ban and will normally receive it within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Ready to ship: The package is ready for shipment, it will leave in the next transport.
  • Procesando: Your order has been successful
  • En Espera: Your order is waiting for our support to verify it.
  • Waiting for the client to reply: We have sent you an e-mail and we are waiting for you to reply. If you have given us an answer and it is still in the same state, please let us know.
  • Re-Stock: We are out of stock and Ray-Ban is manufacturing its parts. We are waiting for new availability of your requested spare parts.
