The person who places an order in ReplacementLenses.net, accepts that he/she she has executed a contract under the Spanish laws and will receive immediately in his/her email a confirmation of the order placed. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation email with your placed order details, please contact us as soon as possible, that despite the fact that the payment of the order has been completed, as we shall not have any record of the order if you have not received the email order confirmation. That data are also available on your order tracking page in “My Account” (as well as the order status process which generally is (Pending Confirmation >> In process >> Dispatched)
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
1. Contact us via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org prior to requesting the exchange of any product, in order to provide advice on how to perform the exchange process. Always within 14 days of receipt.
2. Once the exchange is authorised (it must be in its original and unbroken packaging), you can send us the product, which must be properly protected in order to avoid damage in transit.
3. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouses, and a previous verification of same according to condition thereof, shall proceed to exchange the product charging shipping and handling fees (always 6 Euros), collection costs (6 Euros where applicable); or return costs (always €6)

ATTENTION: Any exchange must be made freight paid by the customer, and under no circumstances whatsoever shall exchanges be accepted carriage forward; in the event of occurrence thereof, THE EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All expenses incurred for not having contacted CristalesRayBan.com prior to the return, for failing to have waited for the return authorisation number or for not having used the provided documents, which shall be deducted from the ReplacementLenses.net customer’s debt. ReplacementLenses.net shall not pay any costs incurred by the customer on the grounds of the aforementioned reasons described herein.
The exchange of the unused and unopened product request must be made within 14 days of delivery of goods.
- For refund of the money minus shipping costs (6 Euros always)
- Change for another product minus the re-shipping costs (6 Euros always).
Important: In order to commence the process, it is mandatory to contact us prior to proceeding to the exchange of your item for the purposes of obtaining the proper instructions. Any costs incurred due to non-compliance of said return instructions will be deducted from your refund or in certain circumstances the item will be refused.
In order to make an exchange of an incorrect size item, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original unbroken packaging. If broken, NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE.
• The reshipment costs in that case are borne by the customer (6 Euros).
• Shipping costs shall not be reimbursed unless the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to that requested.
Please remember that the products are the customer’s responsibility until their receipt back at our offices.
• It is recommended to send the package using a courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods and is certified with a signed proof of delivery.
- To save said certificate until the receipt of the goods has been confirmed.
No exchanges can be made when
• Following 14 days after delivery of the product, it is considered that these products have been tried or used and can no longer be sold as new.

The procedure for returning a product is as follows: If, upon receipt of an order, you are unhappy with your purpose for any reason, you may return the item within a 14 days of the package’s receipt date, and we will replace your product.
