ReplacementLenses.net has the right to reject service to any customer and cancel any order in progress, refunding the amount paid by the customer. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer agrees not to request any compensation or damages resulting from non-delivery of the product.

5. LIABILITY

ReplacementLenses.net’s liability regarding any product purchased on ReplacementLenses.net will be strictly limited, in any case, to the purchase price of said product and shall not be compromised by simple errors or omissions that may have occurred when all necessary precautions were taken in the presentation of the products.

ReplacementLenses.net cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, non-material, or bodily, that may result from incorrect functioning or improper use of the marketed products. The same applies to possible modifications made to the products by suppliers.

ReplacementLenses.net shall not be considered liable by a customer or a third party for indirect damages, loss of business, or lost profits, regardless of the medium through which such damage, loss, or detriment may have been foreseeable by ReplacementLenses.net or if its eventuality had been brought to its attention.

The provisions of this clause shall not affect your rights recognized by law as a consumer, nor your right to withdraw from the contract.

For the resolution of any disputes that may arise, the user and ReplacementLenses.net expressly submit to the competence and jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

7. THE PRODUCT

The purchased product may undergo minor modifications in components, features, or performance within the lot due to manufacturer availability, as long as they do not detract from the advertised qualities and performance.

When a product comes in various colors, ReplacementLenses.net does not commit to sending a specific “Color or Size” unless it is specified in the “Color Model” or “Size” options displayed for that product. If the buyer desires a particular color not currently available in the displayed options for that product, they must send an email to [email protected] indicating their color preference.

8. PURCHASE SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION

ReplacementLenses.net’s commitment to the sale and dispatch of the offered merchandise is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks last. Thus, in its commitment to quality and customer service, ReplacementLenses.net always aims to keep advertised products available. However, if exceptional circumstances such as high interactive orders or other situations lead to product unavailability, the order and contract entered into between the parties will be nullified under the terms of this resolution clause. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded the prepayment amounts paid by them, and neither party shall be entitled to any compensation for breach of contract, consequential damages, or loss of profits.

9. SHIPPING COSTS AND TAXES

Economic shipping will cost €5.99 for orders below €34 and will be free for orders equal to or exceeding this amount. Express shipping costs will vary based on each country.

The Customer is responsible for any customs duties, sales taxes, and all other taxes associated with the order (including customs clearance fees in each country or other undisclosed charges). The customer is also responsible for costs associated with rejecting urgent shipments (€5 for shipments in Spain, €30 for shipments in Europe, and €50 for international shipments).

10. WARRANTY

All products offered on ReplacementLenses.net are guaranteed and are of authentic and premium quality. They are neither “B-grade” products nor exhibition items. ReplacementLenses.net is not responsible for eyewear that you are repairing. ReplacementLenses.net commits to repairing or replacing a defective product with a new one due to manufacturing defects. The customer bears the shipping costs. Possible scratches on the lenses are considered signs of wear resulting from normal use and are thus not covered by the warranty. Deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, misuse, improper handling, inappropriate voltage, incorrect installation not performed by the authorized Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear from normal use are not included. ReplacementLenses.net reserves the right to change its warranties at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
